EndOil is a registered 510 (c)(3) organization located in Los Angeles, CA, U.S.A., and governed by an independent, volunteer board of directors. Its members bring to the organization a diverse set of experiences, expertise in a range of fields and disciplines, and a commitment to advancing the EndOil mission.

David Allgood is a senior official at a major California environmental organization. He is a Board Member of the Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters and the Museum of Contemporary Art. He previously served as Chairman of the Board for the Coalition for Clean Air, and on the Speaker’s Commission on State and Local Government Finance and as an Alternate Commissioner on the California Coastal Commission.

Doug Boxer runs a consulting firm based in San Francisco for business development in the renewable energy sector. He has served in the Clinton Administration and the Mayor’s office in Los Angeles. He is currently the Vice Chair of the Oakland Planning Commission and serves on the Board of Directors for Legal Community Against Violence.

Tracey Durning is a film and television producer who has spent the last several years building, supporting and aggressively marketing unique socially driven programs and businesses. She is a Globalegacy Fellow and currently serves on the Development Board for Millennium Promise, a global anti-poverty initiative headed by Dr. Jeffrey Sachs.

Cole Frates is an environmental entrepreneur and business owner. He has extensive experience in the sustainable water and clean energy sectors. He serves on the Boards of Oil Change International, the Washington Foundation for European Studies, and the Oklahoma Arts Institute.

L. Lloys Frates works in the renewables sector and is an activist who has been involved in numerous social justice, labor, and environmental campaigns. She serves on the Boards of the Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters (LALCV) and the Lusophone African Studies Organization (LASO).

Seth Oster is a senior executive in the entertainment industry, and has previously held high-level positions in the organized labor, political and high-tech sectors. He has extensive experience in strategic and corporate communications, government affairs, crisis management, and media, investor and community relations. He serves on the Board of Bright Star Schools, which operates two public charter schools in low-income Los Angeles neighborhoods.

Charles Stringer is an environmental attorney who started his career at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and has served as senior counsel and policy advisor to more than twenty American Indian Tribes and numerous federal, state, and local governments. He serves on the Board of the California League of Conservation Voters (CLCV) and chairs Majority Leader Karen Bass' Environment Commission.

Faye Walker is a senior entertainment executive with extensive marketing experience. She has helped build several cable networks, overseeing every aspect of network identity, from on-air promotion, corporate communications and advertising, to sales materials and website. She serves on the Board of Promax, the television marketing association.
